Personalized items – return within 30 days for a full refund (only if it’s our mistake).

Defective Product - return within 30 days for a full refund.

Fragrances - You must contact customer service for consideration of fragrance returns. Fragrances must be returned unopened in their original packaging to be considered for a refund.

Exchanges - We are not accepting exchanges at this time.
