Extended Guarantee

PalmBeach Jewelry offers a standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee on most products (excluding personalized items and fragrances).

Additionally, we offer an optional 1-Year Extended Warranty on many of our items (excluding personalized items and fragrances). Our extended guarantee is available for just $5.00 on items under $50.00 OR 10% of the items cost on items over $50.00. The extended guarantee allows you to return the item for a replacement or refund for any reason, up to a year after the item is delivered. 

To add the extended guarantee to an item, simply check the box where it says “Add 1 Year Extended Guarantee…” before you add the item to your cart. We are unable to add an extended guarantee to an order after the order is submitted. If you do not see the option to add the extended guarantee to an item, the item does not qualify. 

Please note, returns cannot be initiated through our online portal after the standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee has expired. To return an item that is covered by an extended warranty, simply include the packing slip (or a separate piece of paper with your name, address, and order number if it is available) and ship the item to our returns department at the address provided below. Please indicate on the packing slip whether you are requesting a replacement or a refund. If you require additional assistance to return your item, you can contact us.
